Born in 1914, Jean Gaither has seen it all. The 107-year-old former Marquis Centennial resident shares memories of a life that has spanned two world wars and two pandemics, and adds some wit and advice on a multitude of topics. When asked for the secret to happiness, she responds with a bit of wisdom we would all do well to embrace. “Well, I’m here and I make the best of things,” she says.
