After 25 years of teaching archery to at least 3,500 people, Allen, a resident of Marquis Mill Park, longed to get his hands on a bow again. With the help of Jasmine Tran, an intern at the facility, and other members of the Mill Park team, they arranged for him to re-experience his passion with a New Chapter event at Broken Arrow Archery in Milwaukie, Ore. “It just makes me so happy to see him happy,” said Sue, Allen’s wife.
