As our company continues to grow and as our industry continues to feel the impacts of labor shortage, we are continuously met with a challenge to hire the right people. There’s nobody better to help with that than our current employees.
Last year’s event was a great success, with us hiring on nearly 50 employees through referrals, as well as giving away a brand new car to one of the lucky employees who referred a friend!

On Tuesday, August 23rd, from 10am. to 6pm, we will be hosting another all-day Hiring Event at Oaks Amusement Park in SE Portland, Oregon. This would be a great opportunity if you didn’t get to join the fun last year!

If you’re a current employee, and you bring along a friend to interview for a position with Marquis or Consonus, you both get to attend the event with your families and enjoy the rides for free! Besides on-the-spot interviews for the friend you invited, there will be lots of delicious treats, exciting rides and other fun activities.

Much like last year, we will be giving away some massive prizes. This year, we decided to give away multiple, ALL-EXPENSES PAID vacations! We wanted to spread the love so multiple employees get the chance to win something big!
