As we get back on the Road to Recovery and resident admissions increase in Marquis facilities, our top priority is to find and hire more great staff to help care for and support them.

The best way to meet the staffing challenge, which is felt by everyone on the front lines of our facilities every day, is to recruit good people, and there’s nobody better to help with that than our current employees.

That’s why on Tuesday, Aug. 17, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., we’re hosting an all-day Hiring Event at Oaks Amusement Park in southeast Portland, Ore.

If you’re a current employee, and you bring along a friend to interview for a position with Marquis, you both get to attend the event with your families and enjoy the rides for free! Besides on-the-spot interviews for the friend you invited, there will be lots of delicious treats, exciting rides and other fun activities.
